The Grace Z44 professional is our top-of-the-line quilting frame. It comes equipped with all the necessary extensions to set up the frame as a king 109", Queen 95", twin 73" and crib 59". The Fourth Pole comes Standard and it is the first and only frame that comes standard with four poles, this fourth pole allows the batting to be installed separate from the fabric layers ideal when usin thick or delicate batting. The sturdy construction is made with premium baltic birch hardwood plywood and poplar hardwood. The poles are laminated layers of alder wood which will not warp or twist and is desined for many years of very heavy use. The Z44 professional comes with large 50-tooth ratchet wheels provide the finest tension control of any frame ever and the stops have a double-lock design to eliminate the chance of the tension slipping. The Quilting system that can accommodate any seating height and the ratcheting height adjustment allows you to effortlessly raise or lower the frame to several different heights-no tools are required. The tilt design ensures that one person may easily adjust the angle in just a few seconds becuase it allows six different positions when you quilt. The Z44 professional quilting frame is also compact-only 35" from front to back giving you a 14" tiltable work area.
